We found a lot of documents about Ca' Maddalena during the research carried out at the Curia of Urbino and in some local parish churches.
Among these documents the most interesting is certainly the one called "Stato delle Anime" (Register of Souls); in this document the priests of the local parish church called "Pieve di Silvano" registered the members (date of birth, date of death, age, marriages etc...) of the families living in the country houses scattered around the territory.
According to our research the country house of Ca' Maddalena existed already at the beginning of the 17th century.
