Our philosophy stems from our love for the land, its rhythms, and everything that is authentic and uncompromising.
In the kitchen, we carry on a tradition of authentic flavors: our meats come from our semi-wild herds, our vegetables follow the rhythm of the seasons, and anything we don’t produce ourselves comes from from small local producers in the province of Pesaro and Urbino.
